WooCommerce — products, variations, stocks, prices sync (v6.13.3 dedicated module)
Dedicated sync module for WooCommerce 7+ (WordPress). Push catalog from PIM to WooCommerce, read orders to decrement stock. Compatible with shared and VPS WordPress installations.
What WooCommerce sync covers
Native products & variations
One-to-one mapping between PixeePIM Product Variants and WooCommerce variations. Attributes (size, color, material) + values configured automatically. SKU, EAN, price, stock per variation.
Categories & attributes
PIM categories mapped to WooCommerce `product_cat` taxonomy, custom attributes to `product_attributes` or ACF. Keep your hierarchy or recut it.
Images & galleries
Images optimized by PixeePIM DAM presets (WebP, WordPress-friendly dimensions) before upload via WP REST. Distinct featured image + gallery. No oversized files.
Sales & regular prices
Native distinction between `regular_price` and `sale_price`. Multi-channel PIM price lists mapped to WooCommerce rules or custom ACF based on your theme.
Per-item stock sync
Auto-decrement on every WooCommerce order (orders API read). Push back to PIM then to other channels. No multi-channel overselling.
Application Password & OAuth1 compatible
Auth via WordPress 5.6+ Application Passwords (recommended) or legacy OAuth1 (`woocommerce-api/v3`). HTTPS required, SSRF validated on PixeePIM side.
Why a dedicated module rather than a third-party WooCommerce plugin
WooCommerce + WordPress is a rich plugin ecosystem but also very fragile. Stacking a PIM sync plugin (e.g. WP All Import, WooCommerce Stock Sync) works at first, but when your catalog grows past 5k products, imports take hours, variations break, and any plugin conflict kills the sync.
The PixeePIM v6.13.3 module talks directly to WP REST + Application Passwords, with no third-party plugin to install on WordPress. The dedicated `woocommerce` Celery queue is isolated — a slow WP site won't block Shopify or Magento. Detailed line-by-line logs inside the PIM.
For distributors with a legacy WooCommerce (often installed 2018-2020), the module avoids the headache of migrating to Shopify just for stability — you keep WordPress, the PIM handles the sync.
Typical use cases
WooCommerce + Mirakl in parallel
WooCommerce for D2C sales (your brand, your SEO), Mirakl for distribution to 400+ marketplaces. Stocks consolidated from the PIM, channel-differentiated prices.
B2B portal via WooCommerce subscriptions
WooCommerce catalog with per-customer-group pricing (B2B custom plugin) — the PIM maintains the pricelists and the module pushes the right prices per group.
Accompanied WooCommerce → Shopify migration
The PIM holds the catalog, you switch WooCommerce off and activate Shopify with no break on product data. The PIM is the pivot.
WooCommerce sync is included in every paid plan
One of 17 e-commerce/marketplace connectors + 6 ERP sync modules natively in PixeePIM.
