What is an active product?
An active product is a SKU present in your catalog at billing time. If you delete products during the month, they are no longer counted. We notify you by email at 80% and 100% of your threshold, and you have 30 days to adjust your plan.
Can I use my own AI keys (BYOK)?
Yes, all plans (including Starter) support BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys). Configure your OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or any compatible provider keys under Settings › AI Services. You keep AI costs under control directly with the provider.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. For an upgrade, the difference is prorated. For a downgrade, the new pricing applies to the next cycle.
Are prices excluding or including VAT?
All prices shown exclude tax (VAT). VAT will be added according to your location.
Is there a discount for annual commitment?
Yes — a prepaid annual commitment includes a 17% discount (roughly 2 months free). Additional discounts are available for 2-year commitments (−25%), NGOs/associations (−30% on Starter/Growth), and reseller partners (dedicated pricing).
How does the subscription process work?
Free and Starter are full self-service: create your account, pay by card (secure Stripe checkout) and access the app immediately. From Growth onward, our team contacts you within 24h to finalize payment and trigger the guided onboarding (2h for Growth, 1 day for Scale). Enterprise is on custom quote.
